Occasionally we will have a grown up or a puppy who has very special qualities to carry on our precious genetics of superior health and intuitive temperament. We do not want to grow our family to the extent where we cannot give unlimited love and attention to each of our house family dogs, So we give singles and families the opportunity to raise and love this special dog as their own.
In return you give a loving secure forever home where he or she does not have to share your affection with too many others. If you are the Guardian of a puppy and the puppy has come of age we arrange and pay for all the important genetic health testing.
The next step is when she is on heat and needs to be kept safe from other dogs or it is breeding time, then we arrange for him or her to meet greet and honeymoon with an equally super special partner this is a 1 week holiday with us.
If you are the Guardian of a girl she will come to stay with us during her heat cycle and again at the last stage of pregnancy, She holidays with us as part of our family for birthing and raising of her puppies. You are welcome to come visit as often as you want after the first 4 weeks,
We take lots of pictures of her and her puppies for your album,
When the puppies are weaned you can come pick her up and take her home with you until her next breeding time when we repeat the process,
When you pick her up after her second or occasionally third litter you can then have her spayed once this is done you are given her ownership papers and she is yours forever free of charge.
Sometimes she may have a 3rd litter We breed for quality not quantity!
If you are the Guardian of a beautiful boy you may need to bring him to us for three or four short honeymoons before he is Neutered and you are given complete ownership, Timeline for a male could be 3 or 4 years even though he may not have many honeymoons, for us it is all about genetics not lots of puppies.
Guardians need to live within a set radius for ease of traveling back and forth.
Guardian homes also receive first preference for a second guardian dog or puppy if you would like to Buy or Care for another one, you will also be first inline for a son or daughter of your current guardian dog.
The Guardian program is a rewarding venture for all concerned, there is nothing quite like knowing you are contributing to the joy for a family who has previously not been able to live with a dog, due to allergies or the exhilaration of knowing you helped us donate a puppy through our Divine Support dog program to a special needs person/child to become a service dog, or simply knowing you are ensuring a breeding dog receives the best your love can give.
The Guardian program is designed to promote responsible pet ownership and responsible breeding ethics The Guardian program proves the need to abolish puppy farming. As more breeders around the world adopt our program more leverage is gained to put pressure on governments to toughen up on mass production of puppies living miserable lives in large kennel farms.
